Civil Engineering
Originally founded as NYCfloorplans.com in 2006, we provided CADD support and architectural plans for residential and commercial properties in Manhattan. Then we grew to offer Civil Engineering services under the name of Andes Consulting, LLC in 2013. Most recently we added Professional Land Surveying Services approved by the New York Department of Education (Certificate of Authority). AndesCES has comprehensive civil engineering, mapping, and CAD support experience working for or coordinating with city agencies and municipalities to obtain required approvals, prepare contract documents for bidding and construction, and to carry through to successful completion with As-built certifications and sign-offs.

Geospatial Positioning &
GIS Data Acquisition
We have operated our own high-precision GPS base station since 2006, with 4 available rovers for long-observation static position surveys, rapid-static, and real-time kinematic positioning. Our newest receivers are enabled for four constellations of satellites, allowing full access to American, Russian, Chinese and European arrays of overhead GPS signals.
